This is a release agreement between said representative and L`lezra Entertainment Group (LEG) and authorizes the digital distribution of collective works of, music, video, photos Likeness and bios to be used for promotion and advertisement. By signing below, you are swearing to be the sole owner or legal representative of these rights, and hold LEG harmless of any litigation that may be encountered due to any falsification of this release agreement.
You here-by authorize Arzell Nelson (DBA) the L`lezra Entertainment Group to license the digital rights of your catalog for the term of one (1) year, and provide administrative services. LEG is entitled to collect a commission of 30%, and any administration cost that may occur during this agreement term beginning as of the date this agreement is signed. You wil be compensated on your digital when sales reach $100.00. The compensation canbe monthly if your digital sales reach the designated amount before the end of each month, however, routinely compersation dispersements are on a quaterly schedule beginning with the release/delivery date to digital outlets. LEG holds the right to renew this agreement at the end of the one-year term unless notice of termination is received in writing within 60 days before the end of the applicable 1-year term.
Upon termination, LEG agrees to remove your catalog from digital distribution, and LEG will not have any rights to license your digital rights thereafter; provided, however, any license to your catalog theretofore in existence with a particular digital service will continue to the end of its current term or to the date which is one (1) year from the date of termination of this agreement between you and L`lezra Entertainment Group, whichever period is shorter. (This shall be deemed as the Wrap-up Period)
LEG will continue to provide administration services and be entitled to collect its commission of 30% from net income derived from such particular licenses during the (Wrap-up) period (and beyond until the final accounting and payment applicable to the (Wrap-up) Period is received.
Please sign below with the understanding that doing so will authorize L`lezra Entertainment Group (LEG) to digitally distribute your catalog in accordance with the terms herein.
